Oral Surgery Staff

Bay Area Surgical Arts Surgical Team Posing for a phot together.

As they say: “behind each surgeon is a strong team”. Without my team, I would not be able to provide this level of care. I have my great staff to thank for all their hard work.

Surgical Staff

The surgical staff at both the Los Gatos and Cupertino locations are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants (OMSA). They are also CPR, ACLS and PALS certified.

Tanya

My Name is Tanya, I’ve been in the dental field for 18 years. Although I have enjoyed all aspects of dentistry, I have found myself gravitating to Oral Surgery. Being able to give patients the best experience with sedation has definitely been a game-changer. My motto is “Love what you do, do what you love.

Jessica

Hello, my name is Jessica, and I’m a proud member of the surgical team at Bay Area Surgical Arts. I find immense fulfillment in assisting during surgeries and ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. Over the years, I’ve gained valuable experience in assisting with a wide range of surgical procedures, but my true passion lies in the intricate world of oral surgery.
Outside of work, I treasure spending quality time with my family. I’m also an avid sports fan—die-hard supporter of the SF Giants, Golden State Warriors, and, of course, the San Francisco 49ers. Let’s Go Niners!!!!

Evelin

Hi, I’m Evelin. I’m an RDA and OMSA with 12 years of experience. I have lived in North Carolina, San Diego, and San Jose, deciding there’s no place like home: the Bay Area. I strive to provide patient comfort and help transform smiles. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, traveling, and thrifting. My favorite foods are burritos and hushpuppies. A silly fact about me is that I have done 6 cross-country road trips and visited 22 states. I look forward to meeting and getting to know you.

Emily

I joined Bay Area Surgical Arts in July 2024, but my journey here started even earlier during my externship as a student at San Jose City College. From the moment I stepped into this office, I knew it was where I was meant to be. Ever since graduating from high school, I’ve had a strong passion for the dental field. I became a dental assistant at 18 and have loved every moment of it since. My goal is always to help patients feel comfortable, cared for, and valued, especially in an oral surgery setting, which can often feel intimidating. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing patients leave feeling relieved, grateful, and satisfied with their treatment. It’s moments like those that remind me why I chose this path and make me truly grateful to be in a career I love.
