Hello everyone! My name is Mariaelena, and I am the front receptionist at Bay Area Surgical Arts, the Los Gatos location. I was born and raised in the Bay Area, and am proud to call it my home! I have been having a blast working with Dr. Massoomi since 2021 and with Dr. Chalak since 2024. I love talking to people, and I pride myself on being able to help accommodate patients, getting them one step closer to their perfect smile! In my free time, I love driving through the Santa Cruz & Los Altos mountains while listening to my favorite jams! I also love supporting my local movie theaters and seeing what is out on the big screen!

Hi, my name is Zaira. A little about my life, originally from Mexico, but have lived in the Bay Area all my life. In my free time, I love to spend time with my family. I love to cook and bake. Happy to be part of Bay Area Surgical Arts and have been here since 2024. I go out of my way to help patients with finances, so they can get the most out of their smile, even when it can be a little scary.

It has been a pleasure working in the dental field for 22 years. My goal is to make patients feel welcome, less fearful, and happy. I am passionate about making sure patients receive their maximum benefits. In my free time, I enjoy socializing with friends, going to see movies, doing anything active outdoors in nature, international travel, and eating spicy foods!
